Shipping policy

Standard shipping is within 2-4 business days. Once your item has shipped and you receive tracking, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update before reaching out to us. 

We will NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer, damaged, lost or stolen packages.

We will NOT assume responsibility for delays with USPS.

To file a claim please contact your local USPS.

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Simply Jayne Boutique is NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
